1. Order Cancellation Policy

✔ Cancellation Before Dispatch:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

• A full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

🚫 Cancellation After Dispatch:

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

• If the product is in transit, you may refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

✔ Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

4. Exceptions

🚫 Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:

• After 12 hours of order placement.

• If the order has already been shipped or delivered.

• If it is a customized or special-order product.
