At Galaxy Star India, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all our 4K LED TVs meet high-quality standards. However, if you need to return a product, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product only if:
✔ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔ You received a wrong product (different model or specifications than ordered).
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality.

🚫 Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

• Minor variations in screen color, brightness, or display quality.

• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper usage.

• Accessories and freebies provided with the product.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

📩 Step 1: Contact our support team at galaxystarindialedtv@gmail.com or call 011-69312096 within 48 hours of delivery.

📸 Step 2: Provide clear images/videos of the defective/damaged product along with the original packaging for verification.

📦 Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on returning the product.

🛠 Step 4: The returned product will be inspected at our facility. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

3. Return Shipping & Inspection

• Return shipping charges will be covered by us if the issue is due to our error.

• The returned product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

• Returns are subject to a quality check, and approval is at the company’s discretion.

4. Replacement Policy

• If eligible, you can opt for a replacement instead of a return.

• Replacements are subject to product availability.

• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Refund Process for Returns

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verifying account details.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or returned unless defective.
